By accessing or using MindArena ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use MindArena.
• You must be a resident of India. Users from states where online gaming for cash is restricted (e.g., Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam) are not permitted to participate in cash battles.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. MindArena reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

MindArena is a skill-based gaming platform. All games on MindArena (Chess, Ludo, etc.) are games of skill. Game outcomes are determined by player skill, strategy, and ability — not chance. MindArena does not constitute gambling under Indian law as defined in applicable skill gaming regulations.

• Coins: Virtual currency earned through gameplay, daily bonuses, and referrals. Coins have no real monetary value unless converted through sanctioned cash battles.
• Cash Balance: Real money deposited into your MindArena wallet via Razorpay. Cash can be used to enter paid battle modes.
• Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is ₹50. Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days via UPI or bank transfer.
• MindArena is not responsible for failed withdrawals due to incorrect UPI/bank details provided by the user.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Colluding with other players
• Exploiting bugs or glitches
• Creating multiple accounts
• Abusing the referral system
• Any form of cheating or fraudulent activity

Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all coins and cash balance.

MindArena displays advertisements powered by Google AdSense and other ad networks. These ads are served based on your browsing behavior and other factors. By using MindArena, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Ad revenue helps us maintain and improve the platform.

All content on MindArena, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, and text, is the property of MindArena and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

MindArena is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited in your wallet in the last 30 days.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws. The arbitration shall take place in India. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

MindArena reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of India.
